Dial One Security was founded in 1979 and was incorporated in January of 1985. We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio and serve the Tri-state area.

We install commercial and residential security and fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.

Our customer base is approximately sixty percent commercial and forty percent residential.

Some of Dial One's major customers include: University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Enquirer, City of Cincinnati and a number of school districts, such as the Seven Hills Schools.

We take pride in our excellent installation staff and service technicians. Our work force practices the highest of standards regarding installation and testing principles. We warrant all of our systems for one full year, and we also offer extended warranties for customers who want further coverage after the first year.

Our Central Station is equipped with a sophisticated computer system which assists in alarm identification and archiving. Therefore, we are able to provide excellent alarm history information upon request. Dial One is committed to serving the security and fire needs of businesses and home owners in the Greater Cincinnati area.

We are also members of First Alert Professional, Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, The Better Business Bureau, The Ohio Burg and Fire Alarm Association , and a Honeywell Authorized Security Dealer.
