In the course of providing you with the services and products we offer, we collect personal information about you not otherwise publicly available. We are required by a new federal law to inform clients of our policies regarding privacy of client information.

3. Information we receive from any consumer reporting agency, such as a credit bureau.

Permitted disclosures include providing information to parties authorized by the client and to our employees. We stress the confidential nature of the information being provided in all situations All employees, at every level, are informed of our confidentiality standards at the beginning of employment and are reminded at least annually.
