The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act required companies to inform clients on how
nonpublic information is handled. At Dial One General Electronic

In the course of providing you with the services and
products we offer, we collect personal information about you not
otherwise publicly available. We are required by a new federal law
to inform clients of our policies regarding privacy of client information.
Types of Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect
We collect that information from the following sources:
1. Information we receive from you (or other persons
acting on your behalf) for applications or other forms, by telephone
or otherwise, such as your name, address, date of birth, employment,
and residence history, sources and nature of your income and expenses,
telephone numbers and other information useful to contact you, etc.
2. Information about your transactions with us, our
affiliates, or others; such as payment history and your creditworthiness,
etc.
3. Information we receive from any consumer reporting
agency, such as a credit bureau.
Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information
obtained in the course of our relationship, except as required or
permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include providing information
to parties authorized by the client and to our employees. We stress
the confidential nature of the information being provided in all
situations All employees, at every level, are informed of our confidentiality
standards at the beginning of employment and are reminded at least
annually.

about you to those employees who need to know that information to
provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards over retained records that comply with our professional
